Description

Build and maintain reusable data platform capabilities and automation services using Python and Ansible.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation frameworks for data and compute platforms using Python and Ansible.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ensuring rigorous testing, versioning, and deployment standards.
• Develop stable, contract-driven APIs to expose complex data pipeline capabilities for enterprise use.
• Automate reporting and data processes using Power BI.
• Operate automation tools as reusable platform services rather than simple consumption of existing tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure and process automation.
• Proven background in CI/CD automation, specifically using GitHub Actions.
• Experience building data platforms, service layers, or internal frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex data pipeline capabilities into stable APIs.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting automation.
