Description

You will own the platform engineering lifecycle, focusing on monorepo consolidation, CI/CD modernization, and AI-assisted developer experience across Java, Node.js, and Python stacks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate projects from Bitbucket Server to GitHub mono-repos and maintain unified tooling using Nx, Lerna, and pnpm workspaces.
• Design and implement GitHub Actions pipelines with reusable workflows, matrix builds, and supply-chain security controls.
• Standardize build systems for Java (Maven/Gradle) and Node.js, integrating with JFrog Artifactory and Train deployment.
• Automate code hygiene via Dependabot, OpenRewrite refactoring, and agentic triage workflows.
• Implement observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure system visibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in DevOps, platform, or application engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows and caching strategies.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, agents) for real delivery work.
• Proficiency with multi-language build tools: pnpm, npm, Maven, Gradle.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Groovy, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux, Git, and container workflows (Podman/Docker).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Software supply-chain security (SBOM, SCA/SAST, secret scanning).
• Deep observability practice with OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
