Description

You will design, implement, and operate a global hybrid cloud container platform using Kubernetes. You own the cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, managing compute, networking, and managed services. You build integrations with Kubernetes OSS tooling and enable DataOps/MLOps workflows. You collaborate with data engineering teams to scale and optimize application and data workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate hybrid cloud platforms using EKS, AKS, and GKE/Anthos.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop integrations with Kubernetes OSS tooling including Ingress, Helm, and Operators.
• Perform containerized deployments using CI/CD and GitOps pipelines.
• Support cloud data platforms, including Azure Databricks, for large-scale analytics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise infrastructure (storage, network, compute, VMware).
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture, CNI plugins, service meshes, and Ingress controllers.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Artifactory, ArgoCD.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, EMR, Redshift, RDS, Bedrock, SageMaker.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services: AKS, VNet, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, Azure Databricks.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Unix shell.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in distributed, cloud-native environments.
• B-Tech / M-Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes certification (CKA / CKAD) or AWS / Azure / GCP cloud certifications.
• Experience with GenAI platforms (Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and MLOps tools like Dataiku.
• Familiarity with data and streaming platforms: ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis, NiFi, and lakehouse architectures.
