Description

You will design, implement, and manage high-performance computing applications on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HPC applications on AWS cloud platforms.
• Manage HPC schedulers including SLURM, PBS, PBS Pro, and Grid Engine.
• Optimize workflows for bioinformatics, drug design, and molecular modeling.
• Develop NGS pipelines and data analysis tools using R/RStudio and KNIME.
• Conduct pharmacokinetic simulations using MonoLis and Matlab.

Required Skills

• 7 to 12 years of experience managing cloud platforms and HPC environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SLURM, PBS, PBS Pro, and Grid Engine.
• Strong proficiency in AWS architecture and implementation.
• Experience with application management in high-performance computing.
• Ability to develop NGS pipelines using R/RStudio and KNIME.
• Experience with MonoLis, Matlab, CryoSparc, and Pymol.
