Description

Lead the design and implementation of a data platform architecture to support enterprise-wide data-driven initiatives and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data platform architecture.
• Drive data integrations to consolidate disparate sources into a centralized platform.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of data platform infrastructure.
• Build, manage, and mentor engineering and data science team members.
• Evaluate and select data tools based on business requirements and technical goals.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and AWS data-related services.
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy.
