Description

Lead an engineering team to design, build, and scale a cloud-based data platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers to deliver scalable data processing services for real-time and batch workloads.
• Design modular, reusable services using API-first principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and Fargate to optimize cost and infrastructure.
• Own the delivery lifecycle by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in the Go programming language.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Proven experience building high-availability data processing pipelines.
• Deep understanding of API-first development and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and data streaming (Kinesis or Kafka).
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and cloud-native monitoring.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
