Description

Migrate legacy ICS pipelines and data products to FGAC-compliant architectures on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Migrate full pipelines to FGAC-compliant patterns using DevPortal machine roles and paved paths.
• Configure AWS and DevPortal with compliance tags and table-level permissions.
• Implement PII encryption at the staging layer and coordinate with downstream consumers.
• Migrate Dashboard and Athena user roles to the new catalog.
• Leverage AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to automate migration tasks, verify results, and adjust code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Migration.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services: IAM, S3, Athena, and Glue.
• Hands-on experience with Spark or SuperGlue.
• Understanding of ICS pipelines, data governance, and access control frameworks.
• Ability to execute structured migration tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for solution development and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or internal AI tooling.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and FGAC standards.
