Description

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data replication to cloud warehouses and platform modernization initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data movement projects from on-prem sources to Snowflake.
• Oversee platform modernization including storage upgrades and containerized Db2 upgrades in OpenShift.
• Manage risks, budgets, timelines, and status reporting for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor activities and drive value realization for data governance projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing complex data governance projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies with PMP or SAFe certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of data replication tools such as IIDR, QRep, Debezium, or GoldenGate.
• Proficiency with Kafka, Snowflake, Oracle, DB2, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and OpenShift ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of banking domain data processing, EDL tools, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, Rally, ServiceNow, and Clarity.

Preferred Skills

• Deep technical acumen allowing 1-level-deep troubleshooting of data pipelines.
• Proven track record in financial services risk management.
