Description

Build and maintain cloud-native data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes.
• Manage data infrastructure and services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Implement and maintain data models and warehousing solutions.
• Utilize programming languages to process large datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Storage).
• Strong proficiency in SQL development, including complex queries and PostgreSQL optimization.
• Experience with big data technologies, specifically Apache Spark.
• Proficiency in Scala or Python (PySpark).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD Practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality monitoring.
