Lead data mining and machine learning initiatives while guiding stakeholders through complex problem-solving.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead key initiatives focused on data mining and machine learning.
• Provide technical input for technology roadmaps regarding emerging AI and data mining technologies.
• Guide stakeholders to solve new problems and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Research and resolve technical problems independently while keeping management informed.
• Deliver data storytelling and reporting to drive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in statistical analysis, computer science, or programming.
• 7+ years of experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL writing.
• 7+ years of advanced coding experience in R, SQL, and Python.
• 5+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical specialist role.
• 3+ years of reporting experience using Tableau, Business Objects, or similar tools.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics including distributions, statistical testing, and regression.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data science toolkits.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
