Description

You will manage day-to-day operations and escalations for integrity and privacy programs, overseeing the end-to-end Data Protection Assessment (DPA) process for VR developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end DPA process for VR developers, including updating assessment forms and processes.
• Resolve internal and external escalations by leveraging policy knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with Policy, Legal, Engineering, and TPM teams to identify and implement solutions for process and tooling gaps.
• Conduct regular data quality reviews, audits, and risk mitigation assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support stakeholder inquiries regarding policy and process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting compliance programs and managing policy escalations.
• Strong background in Compliance Management and Privacy Compliance.
• Proficiency in Data Privacy and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles.
• Proven experience managing confidential data and identifying/escalating risks.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts, legal, or business-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data privacy, FTC, and risk/compliance management in a global context.
• Background in shared services, paralegal work, or policy development.
