Description

Manage day-to-day operations and escalations for privacy and integrity programs within the VR developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Data Protection Assessment (DPA) process, including updating assessment forms and workflows.
• Triage and resolve internal and external escalations by applying policy knowledge and problem-solving.
• Partner with Legal, Engineering, Policy, and Product teams to identify tooling gaps and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular data quality reviews, audits, and risk mitigation assessments.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) while supporting stakeholder inquiries regarding policy and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting compliance programs or working in a regulatory environment.
• Proven experience managing policy escalations and handling confidential data.
• Experience identifying risks and escalating them through appropriate channels.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation under varying deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• FTC requirements knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GDPR and global risk/compliance management.
• Background in shared services, paralegal work, or policy development.
