Own data infrastructure, analytics, and product insights for mortgage operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks and enterprise data governance practices.
• Design and execute ETL/ELT workflows to support operational and strategic data outcomes.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports for business and product teams.
• Translate business needs into data solutions by collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.
• Support product health metrics, feature adoption analysis, and digital product optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• 8+ years of experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data governance.
• Strong understanding of mortgage business processes and how data supports operational and strategic outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL and data integration tools.
• Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and customer behavior analytics.
