Description

You will act as the data gatekeeper for the Patient Health Information (PHI) Hub platform, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of patient and provider data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient and provider data entering the PHI Hub to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor data surfacing and management within Salesforce to prevent quality or reporting compromises.
• Analyze patient and provider journeys to identify data quality gaps or inconsistencies.
• Document data sources, validation protocols, and quality checks while reporting trends to stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Product Owners, data engineers, and Salesforce administrators to translate business needs into technical validation tasks.

Required Skills

• 4–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within pharmaceutical or healthcare data environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with PHI or patient-level data.
• Strong data quality and validation skills with a focus on QA across data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CMS data flows.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to engage technical teams to ensure proper data implementation.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms, patient support services, or healthcare marketing technology.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and privacy standards for PHI data handling.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and digital product workflows.
