Description

You will own the integrity and quality of patient and provider data within the Patient Health Information (PHI) Hub platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality control agent for patient and provider data entering the PHI Hub.
• Partner with the Business Product Owner and data engineers to translate business needs into technical validation tasks.
• Analyze the patient and provider journey within the PHI platform to identify data quality gaps.
• Monitor and validate data surfacing and management within Salesforce CMS.
• Maintain documentation on data sources, validation protocols, and report data issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare or pharmaceutical data environments.
• Strong data quality and validation skills, acting as a QA gatekeeper across data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CMS data flows into broader platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to engage technical teams to ensure proper data implementation.
• Experience working with PHI or patient-level data.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
