You will drive data product strategy and manage complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Define winning product constructs and deliver the product roadmap.
• Manage project plans to meet key milestone dates and deliver the overall plan.
• Integrate compliance requirements across business, operational, technological, data, and financial components.
• Break down complex problems into components and provide recommendations with transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and marketing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of data concepts, databases, data ingestion pipelines, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory practices in a digital banking environment and financial compliance.
• Knowledge of APIs and data sourcing/sharing integrations.
• Basic programming skills, including understanding of JSON/XML and Python.
• Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
