Description

You will manage data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and maintain data lineage within Snowflake environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incident tickets, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Monitor Snowflake data pipelines for delays, failures, and quality issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data issues and recommend automation or process improvements.
• Validate data quality checks, controls, and operational metrics while defining and publishing key KPIs.
• Document data domains, relationships, lineage, and transformations across systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Operations Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, specifically with Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, relationships, and lineage.
• Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data quality frameworks.
• Domain expertise in Capital Markets and Investment Management services, including trade lifecycle and investment data flows.
• Ability to communicate technical and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Exposure to data governance tools and reporting tools like Power BI.
