Description

You will manage the lifecycle of data-driven products and lead an Agile scrum team to deliver technical features.

You will own the product backlog, groom requirements, and prioritize sprint planning alongside engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, ensuring delivery accountability and engineering alignment.
• Manage product backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Document and implement features for new applications, business infrastructure, data security, and data structures.
• Own data mapping for specific areas and document detailed use-cases.
• Maintain product artifacts including requirements, process maps, UAT plans, release notes, and roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and data management.
• Solid grasp of data engineering concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Familiarity with financial data and analytics.
