Description

You will lead data platform initiatives and product strategy for machine learning and AI applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data projects and pipelines specifically designed for machine learning applications.
• Drive data-centric AI development processes from initial collection through to evaluation.
• Translate technical requirements between research, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize product roadmaps and ship cross-functional projects across the organization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product management, data platform leadership, or ML/AI-focused roles.
• Deep understanding of LLM architecture, training regimes, and alignment methods including fine-tuning, RL, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Hands-on experience with data-centric AI development workflows.
• Proven track record of running large-scale data pipelines for ML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Product Management, AI/ML, and GenAI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI workflows such as prompt engineering, synthetic data generation, and human feedback systems.
• Prior work on LLM evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or developing data labeling and annotation tools.
