Own data mapping, transformation, and migration initiatives for financial data products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead source-to-target data mapping and analysis across multiple systems.
• Drive large-scale data transformation and SQL-based ETL processes.
• Execute on-premise to cloud (GCP) system migrations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data product specifications.
• Partner with global teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Product Owner or Data Product Owner.
• Strong hands-on SQL and ETL tool experience.
• Proven track record in data analysis and large-scale data platforms.
• Experience leading on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Background in financial services (GL, regulatory reporting, management reporting).
• Agile environment experience with engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to data governance and big data technologies.
