Description

You will lead the development of data solutions by bridging business requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for data processing, analytics, and architecture.
• Oversee data solution development by collaborating with data engineers and technical teams.
• Manage complex projects using Agile methodologies and Jira to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ensure data strategies align with legal and business standards through governance and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to optimize data flows and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data product ownership or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, and PySpark.
• Proficiency with cloud services including Azure and AWS.
• Experience with modern data storage and messaging tools such as NoSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and modeling.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
