You will manage data-focused programs and lead cross-functional teams to improve organizational tracking and forecasting capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and exception reporting to monitor KPIs and identify errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data-related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and practices.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data analysis, data science, or change management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of process automation and low-code development tools.
