Description

You will manage data-centric programs and projects to support LDOE objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Align program goals and objectives with organizational strategy.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Escalate risks and issues while providing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct ongoing process evaluations and provide data analysis support for workload demands.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data-related fields.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data analysis or data science fields.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and practices.
