Description

You will lead complex IT software projects focused on data delivery within the Insurance P&C sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage data warehouse projects, including data migration, management, upgrades, and collection.
• Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control IT projects using auto-scheduled, effort-driven task management.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation.
• Communicate project status and deliver difficult messages to stakeholders and leadership across all organizational levels.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of project management experience delivering IT software projects.
• Proven track record managing Datawarehouse projects for Insurance P&C customers.
• Expertise in Data Concepts, Data Migration, Data Management, Data Upgrade, and Data collection.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, specifically managing effort-driven tasks.
• Expert-level capability in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
• Strong ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage project timelines with a high sense of urgency.
