Description

Design and build enterprise-scale data protection and ransomware protection solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Cyber Recovery Vault architectures and ransomware protection strategies.
• Build and deploy data protection solutions within hybrid cloud environments.
• Automate common processes using Ansible or comparable automation tools.
• Collaborate with the Backup Operations Center to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Anticipate future technology trends to guide long-term technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience with Enterprise Data Protection and Ransomware Protection products.
• Hands-on experience with Dell DPS Suite, Avamar, and Data Domain.
• Proven experience with Dell Air Gap and Dell Cyber Recovery.
• Direct experience in designing and building solutions rather than pure operations/troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting, specifically with Ansible.
• Experience working within hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong ability to communicate technical status and accomplishments to management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TSM or other Data Protection tools.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with DPA and CyberArk.
