Data Protection / Security Engineer

You will design, automate, and manage data protection strategies across cloud environments. You will secure structured and unstructured data while ensuring compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate data protection strategies for cloud environments.
• Manage devices and enforce policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and monitor Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) solutions.
• Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), CASB, and data classification solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience administering Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Practical knowledge of securing structured and unstructured data.
• Experience deploying and managing data classification and DLP solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of secure architectures, system policies, and rules.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or SANS GIAC.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
