Description

You will lead quality engineering for data workflows, ETL processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and scripts for database and ETL workflows.
• Perform data validation using complex SQL queries against stored procedures.
• Debug data discrepancies by analyzing mapping documents and identifying root causes.
• Build automation for batch jobs, data feeds, and API/web services.
• Integrate AI-based quality gates and observability into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in quality engineering or data testing.
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex data validation.
• Hands-on AWS experience: Glue, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with JUnit or TestNG frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and Data Lake architectures.
• CI/CD tools: TeamCity, Octopus, or Jenkins.
• Git for versioning and Jira for Agile processes.
• Testing batch jobs, data feeds, and APIs (Swagger).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI for test preparation and data generation.
• Exposure to Bedrock model integration or AI-based testing methodologies.
