Description

You will lead quality engineering for data workflows, ensuring the integrity of database and ETL systems through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for database and ETL workflows.
• Analyze data against mapping documents and debug root causes of discrepancies.
• Test and automate batch jobs, data feeds, APIs, and Swagger definitions.
• Integrate AI-based quality gates and observability into CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI low-code/no-code automation to expand test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience.
• Proficient in SQL, including complex queries for data validation and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda.
• Experience with Java and Python for testing and automation development.
• Familiarity with JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus, or Jenkins.
• Proficient with GIT version control.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and familiarity with Snowflake or Data Lake environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and low-code automation platforms.
