Description

You will manage and refine the enterprise data quality program to ensure adherence to established standards and corrective action plans.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the Data Quality Lifecycle daily to maintain data integrity.
• Develop data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics for critical business processes.
• Profile data for statistical analysis to assess control effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Implement controls and dashboards to mitigate data quality risks and monitor results.
• Define and maintain data quality, reference data, and metadata processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Library Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise-grade databases, specifically SQL Server and Oracle.
• 3+ years of experience developing complex SQL scripts and queries.
• 3+ years of experience creating functional and technical documentation, business glossaries, and diagrams.
• 2+ years of experience within the last 5 years developing data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics.
• 2+ years of experience within the last 5 years using enterprise data quality tools such as Alteryx Data Quality or SAS Data Quality.
• 2+ years of experience within the last 5 years implementing data quality best practices and tools based on business needs.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack, including RDMS, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience or familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, and PeopleSoft HRMMS data (Benefits, Pension, or Payroll).
• 3+ years of experience with complex Excel functions including VLOOKUP, Macros, and Pivot Tables.
