Description

You will own the auditing and continuous improvement of operational data processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of operational teams to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
• Implement process improvement initiatives based on audit findings and performance trends.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate with IT and operations to support system enhancements.
• Publish performance dashboards on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
• Develop and implement new quality monitoring models to improve delivery and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in quality auditing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Basic statistical knowledge, including averages, trends, outliers, and charting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deep dive into data to identify root causes.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality calibrations.
• Ability to train and influence team members to drive quality outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination.
• Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a background in Business, Statistics, or IT.
