Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and quality within the CRM system, owning integrity checks, policy enforcement, and strategic roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity checks to monitor system health.
• Identify data quality concerns and collaborate with departments to resolve or mitigate issues.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the CRM system based on business strategy and data management recommendations.
• Partner with CRM business owners to establish and enforce data policies.
• Communicate the impact of data quality efforts on project deliverables and system functionality to the CRM System Manager.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, software development, business intelligence, or database management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and SQL.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Web Navigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of business units.

Preferred Skills

• Blackbaud SQL experience.
• Experience with address cleansing, correction, and ETL tools for data migration.
• Prior experience specifically with CRM data quality.
