You will lead data quality efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for Maternal Child Health and My Healthy Baby data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle, clean, and validate agency datasets to ensure data cleanliness and validity prior to analysis.
• Transfer raw data to appropriate locations and manage data warehouse integration processes.
• Execute complex analysis using statistical methodologies, data mining, and aggregation techniques.
• Develop data visualizations and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review the work products of associate analysts and provide technical assistance for report and grant deliverable creation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• 2 years of experience with Base SAS (Data Step programming).
• 2 years of experience with PROC SQL.
• 2 years of experience with SAS Macro Language.
• 2 years of experience with SAS/STAT.
• 2 years of experience in advanced SQL development.
• 2 years of experience using Python for data transformation.
• 2 years of experience with Data Warehouse processes, including curating and integrating diverse sources.
• 1 year of experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Project Management.
