You will label machine learning data to refine AI models through large-scale text annotation.

Responsibilities

• Annotate large volumes of textual data following predefined guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve labeling interfaces and processes.
• Identify ways to increase labeling efficiency and quality.
• Complete assignments within set deadlines and team goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills for interpreting complex texts.
• Proficiency in Data Quality and analytical skills.
• Experience working with databases.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
