Description

You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across structured and unstructured sources, owning the data quality lifecycle from ingestion to governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various sources to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and integrity issues.
• Implement data cleansing, transformation, and governance processes to improve overall data quality.
• Partner with data engineering, science, and machine learning teams to support model building and data preparation.
• Collaborate with data stewards to define and execute data governance initiatives and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role (or MS degree with 0 years experience).
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Familiarity with big data technologies within the AWS cloud environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments using SAFe or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a BS in a quantitative field.
• SAFe Certification and experience with GitHub version control.
• Knowledge of AWS GovCloud and native AWS administrative tools.
