Description

You will own the integrity and accuracy of datasets through rigorous monitoring, cleansing, and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data cleansing and enrichment to identify anomalies and append missing information from external sources.
• Monitor data quality using specific metrics and develop dashboards for engineering, data council, and business teams.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement preventative solutions.
• Establish standards for accuracy, timeliness, relevance, and consistency with the data council.
• Recommend improvements to data collection, entry, and validation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data quality or related analytical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data profiling and analysis.
• Experience with modern data stacks, specifically Snowflake, AWS, or Matillion.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing techniques, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data observability tools such as LightUp.
• Ability to define and track data quality metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
