Description

You own the quality assurance strategy for data pipelines, applications, and regulatory submissions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, plans, and validation frameworks for data pipelines.
• Lead functional, regression, and data validation testing to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Validate inbound and outbound data feeds, including regulatory submissions, vendor integrations, and reporting outputs.
• Perform advanced data reconciliation and root cause analysis across multiple systems to identify risks and quality gaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure release readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or data validation.
• Advanced SQL skills for handling large, complex datasets.
• Strong background in testing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or health plan data (claims, enrollment, HEDIS/Stars).
• Familiarity with QA automation tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or modern data architectures.
