Validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity by testing reports and business-requested datasets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize testing data requirements in collaboration with product owners, developers, and project managers.
• Validate data integrity and accuracy across various reports and datasets.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve data issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while shifting priorities to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Communicate project issues and technical viewpoints to stakeholders ranging from entry-level to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Data Analysis, ETL testing, or data quality testing.
• Advanced SQL Server proficiency using TSQL.
• Experience with context-based, exploratory, or scenario testing.
• Basic understanding of programming.
• Proven ability to work in self-directed, distributed team environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and maintain proactive communication with management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the education industry.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Experience using TFS, MTM, and MS Test.
