Description

You own data quality assurance processes across ETL, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse, and Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of available data and how operational departments capture and use it.
• Write complex SQL queries against source and target systems to validate ETL processes.
• Review requirements, functional specs, and architecture documents to create test plans for ETL and data migration.
• Independently develop and execute test plans covering load balance, duplicate run, negative, and performance testing.
• Identify, track defects, and collaborate with teams on root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Advanced SQL and relational DB expertise (SQL Server required; Oracle and Postgres familiarity).
• MDM domain skills, including data analysis, modeling, entity relationships, and mismatch detection.
• Proficiency in Test Automation and scripting using Python.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments using Git/GitHub.
• Strong capability in API testing with highly automated approaches.
• Experience with Manual Testing and Test Automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.
