Description

You own data quality assurance processes across ETL, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse, and Data Analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data structures and operational department requirements to validate data integrity.
• Write complex SQL queries against source and target systems to verify ETL processes.
• Review requirements and architecture documents to create comprehensive test plans for ETL and data migration.
• Independently develop and execute test plans, including load balance, duplicate run, negative, and performance testing.
• Identify, track defects, and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Advanced SQL and relational database expertise; SQL Server required, with familiarity in Oracle and Postgres.
• MDM domain knowledge, including data analysis, modeling, entity relationships, and mismatch detection.
• Proficiency in test automation and scripting using Python.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments using Git/GitHub.
• Strong capability in API testing with highly automated approaches.
• Experience with both manual testing and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.
