Description

Lead data integrity and executive reporting for the Issues Management Office. Own the end-to-end development and delivery of reporting training while serving as the subject matter expert for tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive reporting by developing, updating, and maintaining visibility into issue states for all IMO forums.
• Drive data integrity through continuous, repeatable quality assurance activities in collaboration with Project Managers and Leads.
• Analyze program management and reporting processes to identify and implement effectiveness improvements.
• Facilitate interactions with senior personnel and act as a liaison to business divisions to support reporting goals.
• Work with development teams on enhancements to IMO tooling and reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, including creation, analytics, and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of experience in process development and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and O365.
• Experience with C-suite communications, storyboarding, and presenting PowerPoint materials to executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift direction within tight timeframes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across an enterprise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, Planview, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Financial services or mortgage industry experience.
• PMP certification or knowledge of Risk Management and Issues Management Standards.
