Description

Lead data integrity and executive reporting for the Issues Management Office.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of reporting training and processes.
• Develop and maintain visibility into issue states for all IMO forums.
• Drive data integrity through continuous quality assurance activities.
• Analyze program management processes to implement effectiveness improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams on enhancements to IMO tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of experience in process development and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and O365.
• Experience creating C-suite communications and presenting to executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in tight timeframes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, Planview, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Financial services or mortgage industry experience.
