Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of data quality automation frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for scalable data validation.
• Collaborate with the QE team to evolve testing across data quality, regression, and monitoring.
• Perform data validation using Python and SQL against large datasets.
• Implement observability practices, including metrics, logging, and alerting.
• Conduct API testing and integrate workflows with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and test scripting.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Experience with APIs and cloud-native data sources.
• Experience with Linux environments and bash scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data quality testing of large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools such as Locust.
• Familiarity with testing packages like Pytest, Great Expectations, or DBT.
