Description

You will own data integrity across our platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency from ingestion to consumption. You will design and implement monitoring rules, resolve anomalies, and establish governance standards using modern data stack tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data quality rules and checks using Acceldata to monitor data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
• Configure Acceldata to profile data, identify anomalies, and establish thresholds; investigate and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Leverage DemandTools within Salesforce to identify, merge, and prevent duplicate records across Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate Fivetran data transformations and execute test plans for Snowflake onboarding.
• Manage metadata and governance using Atlan, including catalog maintenance, lineage tracking, and policy implementation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Acceldata for data quality monitoring and observability.
• Proficiency with DemandTools for Salesforce data quality management.
• Experience with Fivetran for data ingestion and understanding transformation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Atlan or modern data catalog and metadata management tools.
• Solid understanding of data quality principles, data profiling, and analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt, Python, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and Salesforce data models.
