Description

You will own data transformation accuracy and high-trust delivery for Snowflake ELT pipelines through automated validation and testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated data validation frameworks for Snowflake ELT pipelines.
• Validate data transformations, aggregations, and load processes.
• Create test cases, test data, and scripts using SQL and Python.
• Perform data reconciliation, regression testing, and anomaly detection.
• Document test scenarios, track defects, and drive resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in data testing or ETL/ELT validation.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python and testing frameworks like PyTest or Great Expectations.
• Experience with dbt tests or similar data validation tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD testing, Airflow, or data observability tools.
• Experience with BI/dashboard testing or a background in finance, healthcare, or insurance.
