Data Quality Engineer

You will validate data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure data consistency between systems.
• Validate Power BI functionalities including drill-throughs, interactivity, and visual components.
• Perform data validation and querying using SQL against Snowflake data sources.
• Test large data sets embedded within portals.
• Collaborate within Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a data testing role.
• Hands-on experience testing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation.
• Experience querying data from Snowflake.
• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end automation testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ICE Data Quality (DQ) tools and creating ICEDQ SQL artifacts for data migration.
• Experience with ETL or Data Migration testing and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Tableau, QlikView, or similar visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
