Description

Lead data quality and governance initiatives to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across data flows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technology teams on system upgrades and remediate issues to meet delivery dates.
• Partner with data analysts to support monthly governance forums and manage meeting documentation.
• Oversee deliverables across multiple technology teams and convert capability gaps into prioritized Book of Work items.
• Collaborate with global business and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Perform business analysis, define scope of work, and publish regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data-focused initiatives across Pre-Trade/Post-Trade activities (RFQ, Order/Executions, Trades, MTM, Positions).
• 8+ years of Program and Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and reviewing stored procedures.
• Proficiency with SQL, MS Office, Visio, and Project.
• Experience with functional design, process flow diagrams, and business modelling.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to present to senior management.
• Experience with databases, reporting, and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FIX and XML messaging.
• Exposure to Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of JIRA and HPQC.
