Description

Lead QA efforts for Salesforce implementations, focusing on data quality, integration, and consolidation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize all QA aspects of Salesforce implementations.
• Manage data quality, integration, and consolidation processes.
• Guide the team toward industry best practices.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solve complex analytical problems with high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA experience with a focus on data quality and integration.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, administration, and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools.
• Experience with automation testing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading a QA team or project.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, and Maven.
