Description

You will own data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy across systems and supporting compliance and governance efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify compliance risks, operational issues, and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries supporting governance reporting, audit reviews, testing oversight, and compliance assessments.
• Reconcile data across multiple systems of record to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and trend analysis reports to support decision-making.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and governance initiatives through evidence collection and analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL development, and database investigation.
• Strong understanding of relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data reconciliation, validation, and quality management activities.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to present complex findings to large audiences, including practitioners, managers, and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
