Description

You will own data quality strategies and implementations across global teams, ensuring data integrity within the investment banking domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with practice area leads and cross-functional teams to identify root causes of data issues and define permanent solutions.
• Review and enhance existing data quality checks to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Support business system analysis, project management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong SQL knowledge and advanced debugging skills.
• Proficiency with Azure and Snowflake data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools and data modeling.
• Familiarity with JIRA for defect management.
• Understanding of the financial/investment banking domain.
• Ability to rationalize complex problems and propose clear, concise solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data testing methodologies.
