You manage data querying tasks and lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional projects and manage the Market and Business Intelligence team's involvement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and train less experienced teammates on technical and operational issues to ensure quality delivery.
• Handle highly complex or escalated client requests directly.
• Develop and write formal documentation for departmental processes.
• Evaluate new tools and processes to drive innovation in data handling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related business functions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying various sizes of data sets.
• Experience using SQL query tools.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities using Excel.
• Ability to understand how data changes impact specific company functions and departments.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and SSRS.
• Knowledge of statistical tools.
